Futurize Announces Partnership with SDC Startup School To Deliver World-Class Startup Education
Sep 2., 2024 - Following the launch of the 2024 ”FuturizeU Healthcare Incubator”, Futurize and SDC Startup School are excited to announce an official partnership to provide startups and founders across Africa with entrepreneurial resources and a dedicated platform for learning. Founders from 22 universities across 10 countries will gain access to a carefully curated curriculum to boost their growth.
SDC Startup School is a leading platform dedicated to empowering Africa's next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators. Founded by Cynthia E. Chisom, SDC Startup School offers an online learning experience that allows students to learn at their own pace, completely free of charge. Their curriculum, which covers the foundational principles of building a startup from scratch, is the first of its kind in Africa.
Upon completing the program, students receive a certificate that validates their newly acquired skills and knowledge. In just two years, SDC Startup School has supported nearly 2,000 students across 30+ cities and countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, and Egypt, helping founders transform ideas into sustainable startups.
